| Atlantic Heights - Where people come as guests and leave as friends... Located on R336 Coast Road in Salthill, just past Galway Golf Club at gateway to Connemara. We have bars & restaurants within walking distance as well as many leisure, sports facilities & beaches in the area and the city is just 5 minutes drive or we have a bus stop outside our door. Buses run regularly to the city.
In addition to our AA awards we are recommended by Key Guide to Ireland 2006/2007 and we are the only B&B in Galway recommended by Foders Guide 2007.

Atlantic Heights, a non-smoking home, is lavishly laid out. Relax in our comfortable guest lounge decorated with antiques or on our balcony, both overlooking Galway Bay. As a former winner of Ireland's Pub of the Year & numerous restaurants awards, Madeline, a hotel management graduate, and Robert, a Chef, have vast experience in many aspects of catering and now put their expertise into running Atlantic Heights. Our breakfasts are freshly cooked when you order from our extensive menu in the morning after a restful nights sleep. Breakfast is served for 8-10 am. Breakfast can be served in bed upon request. A warm welcome awaits you & serving our guests to make staying at Atlantic Heights a memorable experience is our priority. Our entire approach to hospitality has been recognised by the AA, awarding us each year since opening in 1996 with four Diamonds. A home from home.
We have a vast knowledge of Ireland and we are full of helpful advice to guests on where to go to experience the best of our beautiful country. Bus tours to Connemara & the Burren can be booked on arrival, Robert also provides personalised tours in his luxury 6 seater people carrier if preferred. Tour companies will collect guests from B&B on morning of tour. We also book & supply tickets to the Aran Islands - wait to book in the morning & see how the weather looks. We also book tee-times at any of the numerous golf clubs locally.
